摘 要:[目的]优化超声波提取山荆子叶总黄酮的最佳工艺。[方法]以山荆子叶为材料提取总黄酮,采用单因素和正交试验,以提取物中总黄酮提取率为考察指标优化提取工艺。[结果]山荆子叶总黄酮的最佳提取工艺为乙醇浓度50%,料液比(g∶m L)1∶25,提取时间30 min,该条件下总黄酮的提取率为14.1%。[结论]利用超声辅助提取山荆子叶总黄酮获得了较好的效果,可为山荆子资源的综合利用提供参考。[Objective] The optimum technology of ultrasonic extracting total flavonoids from the leaves of Malus baccata was studied. [Method]With leaves of Malus baccata as materials to extract total flavonoids,using single factor and orthogonal test,the extraction rate of total flavonoids in the extract was used as an index,the extraction process was optimized. [Result]The optimum extraction process of total flavonoids was 50%ethanol,solid-liquid ratio( g∶ m L) 1∶ 25,extraction time 30 min,the extraction rate of total flavonoids reached 14. 1%. [Conclusion]The effect of ultrasonic assisted extraction of flavonoids from the leaves of Malus baccata is better,which can provide reference for the comprehensive utilization of the resources of Malus baccata.
