摘　　要：通过对液压泥炮的机构组成和结构分析,得出泥炮漏泥的主要因素:压紧力不足、炮嘴易烧伤和炮嘴不能正确对准铁口,并提出了采用提高压紧力、提高炮嘴在铁口附近的速度、保证合适的装配间隙和杆件钢度等措施,从而避免了液压泥炮的漏泥问题,确保液压泥炮工作的可靠性。By analyzing the composition and structure of hydraulic clay gun, the main factors of clay gun leakage is concluded, the holding force is insufficient and nozzle is easy to burn and nozzle aligns the taphole posi- tion incorrectly. In this paper, some measures are put forward, such as improving holding force, improving the speed of nozzle near the taphole position, ensuring proper assembly clearance and member stiffness to avoid clay gun leakage and ensure the working reliability of clay gun.
