复方槐花口服液治疗轻度混合痔临床观察

摘　　要：目的观察复方槐花口服液治疗轻度混合痔的临床疗效。方法将符合纳入标准的轻度混合痔患者150例按随机数字表法分为复方槐花口服液治疗组、痔疮片及地奥司明片对照组,每组50例,观察3组患者出血、疼痛、肛门肿物脱出评分及临床疗效。结果与治疗前比较,3组患者治疗后出血、疼痛评分均显著降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);复方槐花口服液组治疗前后出血、疼痛评分差值显著大于痔疮片组和地奥司明片组(P<0.05);3组患者治疗前后肛门肿物脱出评分比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。3组患者临床疗效分布比较,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论复方槐花口服液对轻度混合痔具有良好的临床疗效。Objective To observe the clinical effect of compound Sophora japonica oral liquid in the treatment of mild mixed hemorrhoids. Methods A total of 150 patients with mild mixed hemorrhoids who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into Compound Sophora japonica Oral Liquid group, Zhieh- uang Tablet group, and Diosmin Tablet group according to the random number table, with 50 patients in each group. The scores of bleeding, pain, and prolapsed anal mass and clinical outcome were observed in all groups. Results All the groups had significant changes in bleeding and pain scores after treatment （P〈0. 05）, and the Compound Sophora japonica Oral Liquid group had significantly greater changes in bleeding and pain scores compared with the Zhichuang Tablet group and the Diosmin Tablet group （P〈 0. 05）. There were no significant differences in prolapsed anal mass between the three groups （P〉0. 05）. There were significant differences in the distribution of clinical outcome between the three groups （P〈 0.05）. Conclusion Compound Sophora japonica Oral Liquid has a good clinical effect in the treatment of mild mixed hemorrhoids.
