摘 要:目的建立同时测定复方鱼腥草颗粒中黄芩苷和黄芩素含量的方法。方法采用高效液相色谱法,以Thermo-C18(4.6mm×250mm,5μm)为色谱柱,以乙腈-0.1%甲酸溶液为流动相,进行梯度洗脱,流速为1.0mL/min,进样量为10μL,检测波长为274nm,柱温为25℃。结果可在30min内完成对黄芩苷和黄芩素的色谱分析,测得的黄芩苷的线性范围为0.069-0.34mg/mL,r=0.9998,平均回收率为99.5%(RSD=3.33%);黄芩素的线性范围为0.005~0.025mg/mL,r=0.9994,平均回收率为102.7%(RSD=2.449/6)。结论所建立的高效液相色谱法方便快捷、准确、简便、重复性好,可用于复方鱼腥草颗粒的质量控制。Objective To establish a method for simultaneous determination of baicalin and baicalein in compound Yuxingcao Granule. Methods High-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) was per- formed on a Thermo-C18 column (4. 6 mm×250 mm, 5 μm) with a mobile phase of acetonitrile-0. 1% formic acid for gradient elution at a flow rate of 1.0 mL/min, a sample size of 10μL, a detection wavelength of 274 nm, and a column temperature of 25℃. Results The chromatographic analysis of baicalin and baicalein was completed within 30 minutes. Baicalin and baicalein showed a good linear relationship within the ranges of 0. 069-0. 34 mg/mL(r=0. 999 8) and 0. 005-0. 025 mg/mL (r=0. 999 4), respectively, with average recovery rates of 99. 5% (RSD=3. 33%) and 102. 7% (RSD=2. 44%), respectively. Conclusion The HPLC method established is quick, accurate, and convenient and has good repeatability. Therefore, it can be used for quality control of compound Yuxingcao Granule.
