摘  要:利用Creo2.0软件对汽车变速器斜齿轮进行三维建模,导入到ANSYS软件中进行有限元分析。通过施加载荷和约束,得到了齿轮的弯曲应力和齿面接触应力。将有限元分析应力值与理论应力值进行了对比,验证了有限元分析结果的正确性。The three dimensional model of helical gear of the automobile transmission was firstly established by using theCreo2. 0 software,then it was transmitted into the ANSYS software and the finite element analysis was carried out. The ben-ding stress and contact stress of the gear tooth were obtained by adding load and constraints. Then stress value of the finite ele-ment analysis is contrasted with the theoretical result,it is shown that they were in good agreement and thus the validity of thefinite element analysis was proved.
