摘  要:同轴度误差是影响风电联轴器传动轴动平衡的重要因素,为了定量分析其对动平衡的影响,本文提出利用Pro/E软件获取法兰盘的质心的理论坐标,并利用三坐标仪测量两端法兰盘及玻璃钢管的质心的实际坐标,利用两者之间的关系,建立动平衡计算的数学模型,并通过理论计算和试验对比的方法对模型的可行性与准确度进行验证。The coaxiality error is an important factor which would affect the dynamic balance of wind coupling shaft. In orderto calculate the exact effect of dynamic balance,the Pro/ E software method was used in this research to obtain the theory coor-dinates of the mass center for the flange plate. Meanwhile,actual coordinates of mass center for the both ends flanges andglass steel pipe were measured by the three-coordinate meter. Through the link between these two kinds of coordinates,themathematical model for dynamic balance calculation was established. Results of the theoretical calculation were compared withexperiment to validate the fesibility and accuracy.
