摘 要:阐述常用下车身框架设计存在的问题,对于存在的问题点,在下车身框架布置设计时,增加前地板中纵梁和前围板横梁设计,增加碰撞力传递路径。在框架纵梁具体形状设计时,控制前后纵梁的角度和深度,保证碰撞力传递的有效性。经CAE分析验证,在车身安全性、乘坐舒适性、轻量化各方面提升效果显著。In this paper,problems existing in framework design of the common under body are expounded;aiming at theseproblems,the longitudinal beam of front floor and the cross beam on firewall are added in designing process of the under bodyframe so as to increase the transmission path of impact stress;and controlling the angle and depth of joint between the frontand the rear vertical beam when designing the detail shape so as to ensure the transmission efficiency of impact stress. Throughanalyzing by the CAE,it is shown that there is great improvement on the aspects of body safety,riding comfort and lightweight.
