摘  要:现代制造业中的很多典型零件应用广泛,作用重大,但结构却相对复杂,因此保证此类零件的加工精度显得尤为重要。设计了典型支架加工工艺及钻孔专用的夹具,通过分析零件的结构特点和要求,选择了毛坯的成形方法,制定了支架加工的工艺路线。为了提高零件的加工精度,减少工人的加工强度,针对一道钻孔工序设计了一套专用钻床夹具,方案合理,结构简单实用。Some typical parts are widely used and have significant effects in modern manufacturing industry,but the structureis relatively complex,therefore,it is very important to ensure the machining precision of these parts. In this paper,both ma-chining process and drilling fixture of the typical bracket parts are carried out,the forming method of roughcast is chosenthrough analyzing the structural characteristics and requirements of the parts,and the process route is also formulated. In orderto improve the machining accuracy and reduce the working strength,a set of special drill jig is designed for a drilling process,which has reasonable solution and simple structure.
