基于10kV配电网污闪跳闸事故跌落式开关绝缘装置的设计

摘　　要：10kV配电线路的安全运行受自然环境影响较大,沿海地区在春夏潮湿天气污闪跳闸事故频发,传统的解决方案未考虑自然环境因素,问题得不到根本解决。针对该问题,进行了技术攻关,对频发故障设备进行反复试验,分析故障根本原因,找出故障薄弱环节,提出了加装喷涂RTV材料的绝缘子的解决方案,并进行了技术推广,成效显著。The safe operation of 10 k V distribution line is greatly influenced by the natural environment. Pollution flashovershutidown accidents occurred frequently at coastal areas in the wet weather of spring and summer. The problems cannot becompletely solved with the traditional solution for it did not consider the natural environment factors. In view of the problem,researches are carried out in this paper,the failure equipments are tested repeatedly,the root cause of failure is analyzed,andthe weak link of fault is found out. Finally,solution of insulator with spray coating RTV material is put forward and then thetechnology is promoted,and the result is significant.
