摘  要:评价酮粉法和血酮仪法诊断奶牛酮病的性能。于某集约化牛场选取1~6胎次,产后7~21 d泌乳奶牛291头,分别用血酮仪检测血液β-羟丁酸含量和酮粉法检测乳液,诊断奶牛酮病。结果表明:血酮仪法具有检测准确,检测率高,但费用较高,易受环境因素影响等特点,不适合集约化牛场大批量使用。酮粉法具有样品采集简便,价格低廉,且具有较理想的检测灵敏度等特点,适合奶牛群体酮病筛查诊断。酮粉法更适合大型牧场泌乳初期奶牛酮病的群体检测,血酮仪可用于对疑似牛的确诊性检测。The performance of ketone powder method and blood ketone meter for ketosis in dairy cows were evaluated,The tests used ketone powder method to test milk and ketone meter to test blood samples, respectively. 1-6 parties, 7-21 postpartum, 291 cows were sampled for milk and blood in one intensive dairy farms. The results showed that accuracy diagnosis rate with blood ketone meter was high, but the fee in test would be large, influenced by outside factors easily, it did not suit for intensive farms used to detect ketosis. Ketone powder method testing was preferred,because of the easy obtainability of milk combined with the overall better test and cheaper than others, and ideal detection sensitivity characteristics.It suited for screening and diagnosis of ketosis in dairy cattle. So ketone powder method was more suitable for large ranch detection in early lactation, and blood ketone meter could be used to diagnose suspected cattle testing.
