摘  要:为查明不同防治方法对集约化牛场中低血钙症的防治效果。在某集约化牛场随机选取分娩当天实验奶牛120头,将其分为分娩当天组(Ⅰ组)和围产后期组(Ⅱ组),其中Ⅰ组实验奶牛在分娩后立即给药;Ⅱ组实验奶牛分别在产后第1、3、5、7天给药。结果显示:5%CaCl_2和5%葡萄糖能够降低分娩当天病率40%,降低围产后期低血钙症的发生率40%,博威钙能分别降低40%和35%,两种药物均能有效的降低低血钙症的发生;静注给药每头牛每年净利润为303.41元,投喂给药方法为256.91元。两种防治方法均可有效的降低奶牛低血钙症的发生,并会给牛场带来良好的经济效益,但是静脉输注方法经济效益更好。In order to explore the control effect of hypocalcemia of dairy cattle in intensive dairy farm, 120 cattle were selected on the day of calving,and would be divided into the day of calving group(group Ⅰ )and the late production group(group Ⅱ ),the group Ⅰ was administered immediately after calving, the group Ⅱ was administered in 1,3,5,7 days after calving. The results showed that incidence of hypocalcemia may be reduced to 40% on the day of calving and the incidence of postpartum hypocalcemia were reduced to 40% ,and their broadway calcium reduced to 40% and 35% by using 5% CaCl2 and 5% glucose. Two drugs could effectively reduce the incidence of hypocalcemia.The net profit of a dairy cattle with 5% CaCl2 and 5% glucose was 303.41 RMB per year,broadway calcium was 256.91 RMB per year. Both two kinds of effective prevention methods could reduce hypoealcemia,and bring good economic benefits to the farm, but method of intravenous infusion could earn more money.
