摘  要:为研究螺栓紧固铜排间接触电阻,以标准六角M8型号螺栓为研究对象,进行了圆柱形铜排间不同扭矩与接触面积关系的压痕试验。采用富士压力感应测试纸测量铜排接触面积,通过试验发现接触面积呈圆环形状,获得的扭矩在20-30N·m范围内不同扭矩与接触尺寸及面积的近似线性关系式为:接触外径D3=0.172 4F0+16.4、接触面积S=5.141F0+136.4。在得到接触尺寸及面积的基础上,首先研究了接触面积与接触电阻的关系;然后,利用ANSYS软件建立了圆柱形铜排及铜排接触电阻模型;最后,将接触电阻仿真与实测进行了比较分析,分析结果验证了上述结论的正确性。To investigate the contact resistance on the fixed copper platoon, an impression test about the relation between different torques and contact areas on cylindrical platoon is carried out with the standard hexagonal M8 bolt as the subject. Fuji pressure-sensitive test paper is used to measure the copper platoon contact area. It shows that the contact area is in circular ring structure and linear rela tionship equations of different torques and contact areas are as follows: contact size D3=0.1724F0+16.4, contact area S=5.141F0+136.4 when the torque varies from 20 to 30 N·m. With the contact sizes and areas, the relation between contact area and contact resistance is investigated. The circle copper platoon and copper platoon contact resistance modeling is established by means of ANSYS soft- ware. The simulation and test results verify the correctness of the above conclusions.
