摘 要:针对囊式空气弹簧的结构设计及成型工艺问题,推导了空气弹簧增强帘线的缠绕轨迹;得出了空气弹簧载荷与工作压力、工作高度之间的近似表达式;通过有限元计算,分析了帘线缠绕角对载荷性能的影响以及空气弹簧承载能力随工作压力及工作高度的变化关系,并拟合出了载荷关系式,为实现空气弹簧隔振系统姿态精确控制提供了理论基础。To deal with the problem of bellows type air spring in structure design and shaping process, the winding trochoid of air spring's strengthened cords is developed. The approximate relation formula between air spring's load and working pressure, working height is developed. Through finite element analysis, the influence of winding angle of cords to loading character is analyzed. Relationship between load and working pressure, working height is analyzed and relation formula is built. The research provides a reference to the accurate attitude control of air spring vibration isolating systems.
