摘 要:为降低加肋圆柱壳受内部力激励时的振动与辐射噪声,在其外表面整体敷设了气囊式声学覆盖层。气囊式声学覆盖层由内外层橡胶蒙皮与内部充入的气体组成,并在外层蒙皮中嵌入环形或螺旋形钢丝。在此基础上,将外层蒙皮简化为一维无限长障板,采用理论方法研究了该障板的声传播特性,并采用附加质量与附加阻尼的有限元耦合边界元算法计算了敷设气囊式声学覆盖层的加肋圆柱壳的水下振动与辐射噪声,结果表明:采用钢丝加强的气囊式声学覆盖层可以有效降低加肋圆柱壳的振动与辐射噪声。静力学计算表明:增加钢丝的数量和钢丝直径可以更有效地增加外层蒙皮的刚度。The cylindrical shell is coated with a gas-bag in order to reduce its vibration and radiated noise when excited by force. The gas-bag coating consists of inner and outer covings with gas filled in while the outer covering is embedded with steel wires in circular or helical shapes. The outer covering is simplified into a partition of infinite length, whose sound transmission properties are studied theo- retically, and the added mass and damping FEM/BEM is adopted to calculate the underwater vibro- acoustic properties of the gas-bag coated cylindrical shell. The results show that the gas-bag coating stiffened by steel wires can reduce the underwater vibration and radiated noise of the ring-stiffened cylindrical shell. The static calculations show that the increase in the number and diameter of the steel wires will enhance the rigidity of the outer coating.
