摘 要:以广西师范学院食堂餐厨垃圾为研究对象,分析测试其春、夏、秋、冬4季的p H、密度、TS、VS、固定碳、灰分等理化指标,得出其主要特性:1p H为5~6.5,呈偏酸性,密度约1 kg/L,含水率高,TS为8%~20%,VS较高、约85%,固定碳约4%,灰分为5.5%~16.5%;2早餐后餐厨垃圾的p H、密度、TS是一日三餐中最低的,而其灰分是一日三餐中最高的;3春、夏2季餐厨垃圾固定碳含量明显高于秋、冬2季。预处理+两相(产酸相+产甲烷相)厌氧消化是适于处理这种特性餐厨垃圾的工艺。Physical and chemical indicators of food waste from canteens in Guangxi Teachers Education University were analyzed and tested, including pH, bulk density, TS, VS, fixed carbon and ash in different seasons. From analysis and test re- sults, three main characteristics were concluded. Firstly, it was acidic and pH was 5 ~ 6.5, bulk density was about 1 kg/L, moisture content was high and TS was 8% ~ 20%, VS was about 85%, fixed carbon was about 4%, and ash was 5.5% ~ 16.5%. Secondly, pH, bulk density and TS of food waste after breakfast was the lowest in three meals a day, and its ash content was the highest. Last, fixed carbon content in spring and summer was significantly higher than in autumn and winter. Pretreatment + two phase ( acidification phase + methanogen phase ) anaerobic digestion was suitable process for treating such food waste.
