摘 要:根据对上海某垃圾渗沥液处理厂通过MBR生化系统生物产热低位热源加热厌氧系统技术进行研究,设计了MBR系统泥水混合物与厌氧系统进水两级换热系统,跟踪监测冬季厌氧系统换热补偿后的水温情况,通过两级换热系统,可较好实现冬季厌氧系统温度维持,同时,该工程的经济效益与安全效益得到很大提高。A study that an anaerobic system was heated by low temperature heat source produced by MBR biochemical system of a leachate treatment plant in Shanghai was conducted. Two grade heat transfer system between the MBR system and the anaerobic system was designed. The water temperature of the anaerobic system was tracked and monitored after heat transfer and compensation in the winter, and the monitoring results showed that the temperature decrease of the anaerobic system can be prevent effectively. So the security and economic benefit of the project can be greatly improved.
