摘 要:参考其他领域的有机质测量方法,创新性提出了测量污泥中有机质、糖类和蛋白质的测量方法并对绍兴市某污水处理厂的污泥进行了检测。研究发现:污泥样品干基有机质含量为38.16%,占可燃质含量的92.73%,污泥样品中几乎不含糖类物质。比较了2种蛋白质含量测定方案,元素分析-速效氮法具有更方便快速准确的优点,污泥样品中的干基蛋白质含量为17.290%,占有机物总量的45.3%,应作为研究污泥干化燃烧特性及污染物排放机理的重要考察对象。Considering the methods in other fields, the measurement methods of organic matter, carbohydrate and protein content were put forward innovatively. And the sludge from a sewage treatment plant in Shaoxing was detected. It was discovered that the dry base organic matter content of the sludge sample was 38.16%, accounting for 92.73% of combustible matter content. There was almost no carbohydrate in the sludge sample. Two protein measurement methods were compared. El- ement analysis and available nitrogen method is more convenient, fast and accurate. The content of dry base protein in sludge sample was 17.29%, accounting for 45.3% of the organic matter amount, which should be regarded as an important research object to study the sludge characteristics and pollutant emission mechanism.
