摘　　要：城市生活垃圾的减量化与资源化发展是滇池流域生态建设的必然要求。滇池流域城市生活垃圾处理已实现100%无害化,并在生活垃圾处理收费、生活垃圾源头分类等方面开展了减量化与资源化的实践。今后应在关注废弃物全生命周期的原则基础上,通过完善城市生活垃圾管理的体制机制、增强资源回收利用企业的处理加工能力等措施,实现生活垃圾的全过程综合性管理。It is the necessary requirement to reduce the municipal solid wastes and develop the resource management for the ecological construction of Dianchi Lake Basin. In Dianchi Lake Basin, domestic waste has been disposed harmlessly; the prac- tices of the disposal charge, the classification and so on at the reduction and resource of domestic wastes have been carried out. In the future, the life cycle of waste should be emphasized and domestic waste should be comprehensively dealt with in the whole process by improving the mechanism of its management, strengthening the processing capacity of resources recycling enterprises, etc.
