摘　　要：介绍了日本填埋场土地再利用的方法 (表层利用、中层利用和深层利用)、土地再利用时需要考察的因素(包括前期调查、明确再利用方法、明确再利用的管理方法、再利用要符合法律法规等4个方面)以及其土地再利用的4个成功实例。We introduced the methods of reusing land of the landfill in Japan （including surface land reuse, middle layer land reuse, deep layer land reuse）, the factors that be needed to investigate before land reuse （including advance investigation, clearing the reusing methods, clearing the management methods of land reuse, complying with the laws）, and four successful examples.
