摘　　要：目的:研究青少年男男性行为者(YMSM)感觉寻求与肛交安全套使用的关系,为YMSM的干预提供依据。方法:在男男性行为人群的不同集聚场所(酒吧/夜总会、浴室/桑拿、公园/公厕、网络、艾滋病咨询/检测机构等)进行招募。结果:316名YMSM报告了近6个月有肛交性行为以及安全套使用情况,肛交安全套坚持使用率为31.6%。在调整了YMSM的年龄、是否为学生、性角色后,感觉寻求总分、体验寻求、兴奋与冒险寻求、去抑制的得分高者更可能在肛交性行为中不坚持使用安全套。结论:感觉寻求与YMSM肛交安全套的坚持使用显著相关,在YMSM艾滋病干预中应考虑感觉寻求这一人格特质的影响。Objective：To explore the relationship between sensation-seeking and condom use during anal intercourse among young men who have sex with men（YMSM）and to provide evidence for AIDS prevention among YMSM.Methods：403YMSM were recruited through the online publicity,organizations of outdoor activities and HIV voluntary counseling and testing services from May to November in 2013.Results：316YMSM had anal intercourse with men in the past 6months and reported information about condom use,31.6% of whom used condoms constantly.After adjusting age,at school or not,sexual role,YMSM with higher score of sensation-seeking and its 3dimensions including experience seeking,thrill and adventure seeking and disinhibition were more likely not to use condoms constantly.Conclusion：Sensation-seeking is associated with condom use during anal intercourse among YMSM and it needs to be considered in AIDS intervention among YMSM.
