微波联合苦参凝胶治疗宫颈糜烂样改变疗效分析

摘　　要：目的:观察苦参凝胶联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂样改变的临床效果。方法:选择临床主诉白带多,或伴脓性白带,检查为宫颈糜烂样改变1 800例患者。观察微波联合苦参凝胶治疗效果和并发症。结果:1 800例患者2个月后复查1次性治愈1 518例,治愈率为84.3%,46例Ⅲ°宫颈糜烂治愈后1个月复查好转为Ⅰ°。结论:苦参凝胶联合微波治疗宫颈糜烂样改变操作简单,安全有效,具有疗程短、出血少、治愈率高、不损伤宫颈功能的优点,是理想的治疗宫颈疾病的方法。Objective：To observe the clinical effects of using microwave therapy combined with Matrine gel in treating cervical erosion（CE）.Methods：1 800 patients with CE of much discharge were treated by microwave therapy combined with Matrine vagina gel,during which different electrodes were used according to lesion area and depth.Curative effect and complication were observed.Results：1 518 cases with no recurrence were found 2 months later,and the curative ratio was84.3%.Conclusion：Microwave therapy combined with Matrine vagina gel in treating cervical erosion is simple,safe with shorter operation time,less blood loss,fewer postoperative complications,higher curative ratio,less cervical function loss,and is an ideal method for treating cervical disease.
