摘　　要：新世纪新形势下,我国民族关系的发展变化是影响国家整体规划、经济发展和社会稳定的重大政治因素。因此,坚持从政治上把握民族关系,正确认识其主流,加强各民族交往交流交融,促进"三和",构建和谐民族关系,是民族工作的重点目标。Under the new situations in the new century, the development ＆ change of the national rela- tionship in China is a major political factor that affects national integral program, economic development and social stability, therefore, it is the major objective of ethnic work to grasp national relationship politically, cor- rectly know the mainstream, strengthen the ethnic exchange and mingling, promote ＂three harmonious as- pects＂ and build a harmonious ethnic relationship.
