积极公民视域下大学生公共精神的式微与重塑

摘　　要：当代大学生受中国传统伦理道德和现代西方个人主义思想的影响,公共精神成长逐渐受到挤压,导致公民社会告急。大学生的目的性、自我性、行为服从性凸显,而公共性、主体性、行为自觉性式微。现代全球治理趋势要求重塑积极公民,培育公共精神,因此重构大学生的公共精神就成为教育界关注的焦点。重塑大学生的公共精神必须摆脱传统伦理思想和西方个人主义思想的双重束缚,从意识和实践层面全面构建。Contemporary college students are influenced by both Chinese traditional ethics and modern western individualism. The development of their public spirit is squeezed gradually, resulting in emergency in civil society. College students show strong features in objectivity, individualism, and obedience in behaviors, while they decline in terms of publicity, subjectivity, and self-consciousness in behaviors. The trend of modem global governance requires that we should reconstruct active citizens and cultivate public spirit. Therefore, reconstructing college students＇ public spirit has become the focus of education. In order to cultivate college students＇ public spirit, we must get rid of the double bind from both the traditional ethics and the western individualism and build the spirit in terms of consciousness and practice.
