志愿活动在大学生公共精神培育中的问题及原因分析

摘　　要：要解决大学生志愿活动在公共精神培育上出现的问题,要奉行"解铃还须系铃人"的原则,从教育手段入手,立足于对大学生群体的个体精神世界的把握和引导,紧紧抓住公共精神这条主线,最终落到志愿活动的组织机制上。因此,解决的办法大体上可以从思想意识引导、教育观念转变、体制机制完善等方面来落实推进。In order to solve the problems in the cultivation of public spirit in college students＇ voluntary activities, we should follow the principle, ＂depending on those who caused problems to solve the problems＂ and begin with educational approaches, focusing on the understanding and guidance on individual spiritual world among college students as well as the basic routine of public spirit, so as to enhance the organizational mechanism of voluntary activities. Therefore, we can solve the problems through the following approaches such as ideological guidance, changing people＇s educational idea, perfecting system and mechanism, and so on.
