摘　　要：公共管理人才培养要主动适应社会管理创新的需要。应根据国情、地情、校情,建立"开放、交叉、合作"的公共管理类人才培养模式,精准制定人才培养目标,建立交叉、分类的课程体系,加强与校外单位合作,实施全程导师制,注重跟踪指导和考核,以提高人才培养质量。It is expected to adapt actively to the needs of social management innovation for public administration talent cultivation.It hence needs to establish,in accordance with the national conditions,local background and campus situation,the cultivation model,formulate accurately the cultivation target,set up the curriculum system crossed and classified,promote the cooperation with out-of-university units,practice entirely the tutorial system,and pay more attention to the follow-up inspection and assessment for the enhance of the cultivation quality.
