摘　　要：依法治校是实现高校科学发展的必要途径,高校在依法治校的过程中既要依据国家的法律、法规治理学校,也要依据学校的章程等具体的规章制度治理学校。大学章程对于高校的重要性不言而喻。可以说,高校的章程建设不仅是依法治校的重要内容,同时也是高校依法治校的依据。Administration is the necessary way to realize the scientific development of colleges and universities,colleges and universities in the process of the school should not only according to the national laws and regulations of the school,should also be on the basis of the articles of association of the school of universities according to the rules and regulations. The importance of the articles of association of the university for colleges and universities is obvious. It can be said that the articles of association of construction of universities is not only an important content of administration according to law,and also colleges and universities on the basis of lawful.
