大学教育中培养学生工匠精神的必要性与可行性研究

摘　　要：随着我国教学体系的日益完善,教学制度的不断优化,目前越来越多的人意识到对大学生进行精神文化管理的重要性。我们发现现阶段"工匠精神"是我国现代大学教育中非常缺乏的精神文明,由于我国历史发展的原因以及我国的教育体制和人才市场的弊端,导致了现阶段大学生管理当中的精神教育的畸形发展。对于高等教育院校的管理部门来说,应该充分地认识到如何有效的去利用"工匠精神"去进行学生精神世界文化的熏陶。本文的将会从我国当代的大学教育中的"工匠精神"的内涵和发展现状入手,研究如何有效的促进我国大学生管理工作的进行。With the improvement of the teaching system in our country with the continuous optimization of the teaching system,more and more people are aware of the importance of spiritual and cultural management of college students. We found that at this stage the artisan spirit is very lack of modern university education in China＇s spiritual civilization,because of malpractice reason of the historical development of our country and our country＇s education system and the talent market,leading to abnormal development of the spirit of education at the present stage in the management of College students. For the management of higher education institutions,it should be fully aware of how to effectively use the ＂ craftsman spirit＂ to carry out the influence of students＇ spiritual world culture. This paper will start with the connotation and development of the ＂ craftsman spirit＂ in Chinese contemporary university education and research how to effectively promote the management of college students in our country.
