摘　　要：保理服务于20世纪60年代进入英国,随后这一业务在欧洲迅速发展;20世纪80年代,日本成为世界第一大国际保理市场;90年代,台湾地区取代日本,连续8年占据国际保理市场首位。根据国际保理商联合会（FCI）发布的2015年年度报告,中国大陆为世界第二大保理市场,仅次于英国,而在2011～2014年间,中国为世界第一。我国商业保理市场正值蓝海且政策支持行业大力发展,行业空间广阔。According to 2015 annual report by released the International Federation of factoring(FCI),China's Mainland has been the world's second largest factoring market,after the United Kingdom.Through the analysis of foreign trade,policy environment and economic situation,the author points out that China's commercial factoring industry is at the blue ocean and the market has a broad development space.
