摘 要:有机颜料的传统应用逐渐成熟,其内在的物理化学性质日益被人们所重视。由于具有较大的共轭体系,有机颜料分子的基态电子激发变得容易,基态和激发态能级差较小,具有一定的光导性和半导体性。介绍了高性能有机颜料的功能化应用,在有机光导、有机电致发光、太阳能电池、有机薄膜晶体管、非线性光学等新材料领域成为研究的热点。The physical chemistry properties of organic pigments are paid more attention with as the traditional ap- plication has matured. The ground state electron of organic pigment may be excited to excited state easily. However, the en- ergy gaps of two states decrease because of large conjugated system,which created photoconductivity semiconducting prop- erties. The research development of organic pigments about functionalization,which had become a research hotspot in new material fields such as organic photoconductor, eleetrolumineseence, solar cell,organic thin-film transistor,and nonlinear optical material were summarized.
