摘 要:分别以吐温80和复合乳化剂司盘80/吐温80为乳化剂,采用反相乳液法,以大豆油为油相,氯化钙(CaCl2)为交联剂制得海藻酸钠(ALG)/壳聚糖(CS)纳米微球。采用SEM和激光粒度分析仪对纳米微球的形貌和粒径进行表征。结果表明,采用复合乳化剂司盘80/吐温80适合油包水体系,制得的ALG/CS纳米微球粒子为球形;采用复合乳化剂比采用单一乳化剂制备的纳米微球粒径分散指数小;随着司盘80∶吐温80的质量配合比不同,微球的粒径随复合乳化剂中吐温80量的增加而减少,粒径分散指数PDI值在0.1~0.2之间;当司盘80∶吐温80质量配合比为1∶1.4时,制得的纳米微球平均粒径最小为364.4nm;当司盘80∶吐温80质量配合比为1∶0.2时,制得的纳米微球平均粒径最大为1171nm。The sodium alginate/chitosan nanospheres were prepared with soybean oil as oil phase using the method of reverse emulsion. The emulsifier of Tween80 and compound emulsifier of Span80/Tween80 were used, respectively, and calci- um chloride was used as crosslinking agent. The morphology and particle size of nanoparticles were characterized by scanning electron microscopy (SEM) and dynamic light scattering (DLS). The results indicated that the compound emulsifier of Span80/Tween80 was suitable for water-in-oil system. The shape of Alginate/CS nanoparticles was spherical. The particle size polydispersity index (PDD of microsphere with compound emulsifier was smaller than using a single emulsifier. For the differ- ent ratio of Span80/Tween80 compound emulsifier, the diameter of nanomicrosphere reduced with increasing the amount of Tween80. The values of PDI was between 0. 1 to 0.2. The minimum average particle size of nanospheres was 364.4nm as the mass ratio of Span80/Tween 80 was 1 : 1.4. When the mass ratio of Span80/Tween80 was 1 : 0.2, the resulting average particle size of nanosphere was up to 1171 nm.
