摘 要:研究以邻甲酚甲醛环氧树脂为基胶,用线性酚醛树脂、改性纳米SiO_2改性,并用硅微粉为增强填料,制备了一种用于金属与陶瓷粘结的新型耐高温胶粘剂。考察了线性酚醛树脂的加入量、改性纳米SiO_2加入量对胶粘剂体系的耐热性和胶结件力学性能的影响,确定较佳配方:100份邻甲酚甲醛环氧树脂,60份线性酚醛树脂,2份纳米SiO_2,90份硅微粉,在此配方下制备的耐高温胶粘剂可使陶瓷与钢件胶结件的压剪强度和弹性模量达到12.45MPa和20.4GPa,胶粘剂热分解温度为396℃。经红外分析表明,固化后胶粘剂生成网状结构的固化物。Based on the O-cresol novolac expoxy resin modified by novolac resin and modified nano SiO2 ,a novel high- temperature resistant adhesive for bonding metal and ceramic was prepared and enforced by micro SiO2 as filler. The effects of addition volume of both novolac and modified nano SiO2 on the heat resistance and mechanical properties of adhesive were in- vestigated to obtain the best formula: O-cresol novolac epoxy resin, 100phr; novolac resin, 60phr; nano SiO2,2phr, moero SiO2,90phr. The results showed that the high shear strength and elasticity modulus of adhesive were 12.45MPa and 20.4GPa,while thermal decomposition temperature was up to 396℃. What's more, the infrared analysis showed that the cured resin with net structure was yielded.
