摘  要:以聚四氢呋喃醚二醇(PTMG)为增韧剂、对苯二甲酰双己内酰胺(TBCL)为活化剂、NaOH为引发剂,在一定温度下引发己内酰胺阴离子开环聚合,制备单体浇注尼龙6(MCPA6)-PTMG嵌段共聚物。通过对材料的结构、机械性能表征,发现该嵌段共聚物中MCPA6和PTMG链段间以TBCL相连;PTMG增韧MCPA6效果明显。Polytetramethylene ether glycol (PTMG) as toughening agent, terephthaloyl biscaprolactam (TBCL) as activating agent,NaOH as initiator, MCPA6-PTMG copolymer was preparated by anionic ring opening polymerization of caprolactam at a certain temperature. By characterized on the structure and mechanical properties of materials,it was found that MCPA6 and PTMG chains in the block copolymer were linked by TBCL, that the effect of monomer casting nylon MCPA6 toughened with PTMG was obvious.
