摘 要:以壳聚糖(CS)与聚乙烯醇(PVA)为原料,戊二醛为交联剂,采用化学交联聚合法合成了PVA-CS复合水凝胶,通过红外光谱对产物化学结构进行分析,重点讨论了温度、反应时间、原料质量配比、交联剂浓度和溶液酸碱度对产物溶胀性能的影响。研究表明,当反应时间60min、温度50℃、原料配比3∶1、交联剂浓度0.216mol/L时,所制备水凝胶溶胀性能最好。Chitosan(CS) and polyvinyl alcohol(PVA) composite hydrogels were synthesized by chemical crosslink- ing polymerization method using glutaricdialdehyde as crosslinking agent. The structure of hydrogels was characterized by IR. The effect of temperature,reaction time,the ratio of raw material,amount of crosslinking agent,the pH of the solution were studied. The optimal conditions for polymerization were that the reaction time 60min, reaction temperature 50℃, the ratio of raw materials 3:1 ,amount of crosslinking agent 0. 216mol/L.
