纳米Ag/γ-Al_2O_3的制备及镀液稳定性研究

摘  要:以γ-Al_2O_3为载体,采用化学镀法制备纳米Ag/γ-Al_2O_3材料,考察了pH、NH_3·H_2O用量和温度等因素对其镀液稳定性的影响,并采用X射线衍射、场发射电子显微镜和扫描电镜等技术对材料进行表征。结果表明:在pH=10.8~11.3,温度为30℃,NH_3·H_2O用量为30mL,反应时间为2h的条件下制备的纳米Ag/γ-Al_2O_3材料的镀液稳定性和镀层均匀性较佳;载体γ-Al2O3表面镀上了高含量的Ag,其晶粒尺寸为43.28nm,控制在纳米级。γ-Al2O3 -supported nano Ag/γ-Al2O3 materials were prepared by electroless plating and characterized by X-ray diffraction(XRD), field scan electron microscopy (FSEM), and scanning electron microscope (SEM) techniques. The effects of pH,ammonia dosage and temperature on stability of plating bath were investigated. The results showed that the stability of plating bath and homogeneity of coating were better when nano Ag/γ-Al2O3 prepared under the condition of pH value between 10.8 and 11.3,30mL of ammonia dosage, and temperature at 30℃. High content silver with the size of 43.28nm was supported ony-A12 03 ,which was controlled in nano size.
