摘  要:以膨胀石墨为基体材料,利用导电碳纤维、玻璃纤维作为增强材料,经过压延、上胶、复合、捻线和编织等多道工序,制得应用于电力设施安全防护的柔性石墨接地材料。研究表明,基于膨胀石墨良好导电性能,通过合理的制备工艺,制得直径为28mm的柔性石墨接地材料拉伸强度达5kN,电阻率为0.000025Ω·m、冲击电流耐受强度达5kA以上。经过酸碱腐蚀实验检测,实验样品的电阻率和抗张强度变化幅度都低于10%,满足我国国家标准要求。Using expanded graphite as matrix material,conductive carbon fiber and glass fiber as reinforcing materi al, flexible graphite grounding material was prepared through the process : rolling, coating, plastic composite, twisting, braid- ing and so on. Based on good conductive performance and through reasonable preparation process, studies shown that the tensile strength of material with a diameter of 28mm was up to 5kN, the resistivity was 2.5 × 10^-5Ω·m, impulse current withstand strength was up to 5kA. Through the acid and alkali corrosion test, the change range of resistivity and tensile strength were lower than 10% ,met the national standard requirements.
