摘 要:基于Matlab/Simulink建立平地机速度仿真模型,该模型包括动力传动系统、轮胎惯量、整机动态及负载等模块。通过牵引负荷车试验,获取某型平地机轮胎滑转率与驱动力之间的关系,并作为模型仿真的输入条件,仿真分析不同动态负载下轮胎附着性能对平地机速度平稳性的影响。结果表明,轮胎附着性能是影响平地机速度平稳性的重要因素;随着负载波动幅度的增大,平地机速度平稳性变差;随着负载波动频率的增加,平地机速度平稳性趋好。进一步研究表明,改进轮胎附着性能和采用全轮驱动能够有效提高平地机的速度平稳性。It has to be based on a Matlab/Simulink to build a phantom which includes a power drive system,data of tire initial,and modules of dynamics and loading of the whole machine,etc.The way is to get thru traction of the load car relationship of a grader's tire slippage with the drive power as an input condition for the model simulation so as to analyze under simulation the tire's adherence affecting the grader's speed stability under various dynamic loads.Results show that the tire adherence is an important factor affecting the stability.Such a stability would get worse along with load fluctuation increasing,and along with fluctuation frequency increasing the stability would get better.A further study tells that the speed stability can be effectively upgraded with the tire adherence improved and an all-wheel drive adopted.
