摘　　要：针对大型推土机常规制造工艺中出现的问题,分析先进制造技术在大型推土机产品制造中的应用。基于某超大型推土机,从大型结构件制造的焊接和机械加工、关键传动件制造中的热处理和传动件加工、整机装配等方面分析先进工艺制造技术的应用。先进制造技术的应用攻克了大型推土机制造过程中的工艺难点,有利于实现大型推土机生产制造技术的系统化。It is to analyze advanced items of knowhow used to make big dozer products in view of problems existing in normal manufacture processes of those dozers.On the basis of an over-sized bulldozer it has to analyze places where the knowhow is applied to,which would include big and critical parts welding and machining,heat treating and fitting and machine assembling.Such advantage items of the know-how have so far overcome hard spots in a big bulldozer manufacture and would facilitate systemization of that type machines.
