人性化护理对高龄体检者的效果评价

摘　　要：目的:探讨人性化护理在高龄体检者中的应用效果。方法:选取2015年2月至2016年3月我院体检中心进行体检的高龄体检者120例为研究对象,采用随机分组表将患者分为研究组和对照组,分别采用人性化护理和常规护理,比较两组患者体检时间、体检可信度、体检效率及护理满意度。结果:研究组体检时间短于对照组,体检可信度、体检效率评分高于对照组,两组比较有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组体检者护理满意度(98.33%)高于对照组(86.67%),两组比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:人性化护理在高龄体检者中应用可提高体检效率,缩短体检时间,提高体检者护理满意度。Objective： To investigate the effect of humane care of the elderly volunteers. Methods： 120 cases of elderly volunteers in February 2015 to March 2016 in our hospital medical center medical examination were selected as research subjects, randomly divide them to study group and control group, respectively. Humane care and routine care were carried out in the two groups.The examination time, the credibility of examination, examination efficiency and patient satisfaction with care in the two groups were compared. Results： Examination time of the study group was shorter than that of the control group, medical credibility, efficiency examination score of the study group were higher than those of the control group with statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Volunteers care satisfaction in the study group was 98.33%, higher than 86.67% of control group with the statistically significant （P 〈 0.05）. Conclusion： Humane care in elderly volunteers can improve the efficiency of medical volunteers to shorten examination time and improve satisfaction with care volunteers, which has a substantial clinical curative effect.
