摘  要:本文结合数字电视系统的特点,全面分析了将应急广播适配到数字电视系统中的各种方法,提出了一套完整的数字电视应急广播适配方案,然后基于该方案完成了数字电视应急广播适配器的需求分析、软硬件平台选型、FPGA内部设计、适配器的软件设计和实现等工作。适配器的硬件基于SAMSUNG公司ARM芯片S3C2440开发,软件平台使用了微软的Wince5.0操作系统,软件部分的工作包括适配器用来接收和发送码流的FPGA驱动程序设计和应用程序的开发。最后搭建仿真实验环境对适配器进行测试,从而论证了课题的研究成果。This article mainly focuses on digital TV emergency broadcast adaptation method, design and implementation of digital TV emergency broadcast adapter. Associated with features of digital TV system, this article presents a complete digital TV emergency broadcast adaptation solution after comparing several methods of how to adapt emergency broadcast to digital TV system. Then based on the solution, it finishes requirements analysis of digital TV emergency broadcast adapter, selection of software and hardware platform, internal design of FPGA, and design and implementation of digital TV emergency broadcast adapter. The adapter's hardware is developed based on the ARM chip S3C2440 of SAMSUNG company, and the software platform uses Wince 5.0 operating system of Microsoft company. The software part work includes development of driver and application of FPGA which is used for receiving and sending streams. At last we build a simulation environment for testing adapter and demonstrating the research achievement of the task.
