摘　　要：本文结合沈阳建筑大学大学生活动中心改造设计工程,分析大学生活动中心空间改造过程中的主要因素和各方面原因,针对相应的具体情况,提出相应的解决方法并制定出最优化的设计方案,使其既满足新的功能需要和情感诉求,又为学校节约翻修改造的成本;节能环保的同时兼顾学生社团表演,知识竞赛一类活动又要能够满足召开校级会议的标准;并在延续和完善大学生活动中心内部功能空间方面,作了有益的探讨。Based on the transformation design of Shenyang Architecture University students＇ activity center project, the article analyzed main factors in the process of college students＇ activity center space transformation and various aspects reason, according to the specific condition of corresponding, put forward corresponding solutions and made the optimization of the design scheme of new functions to satisfy needs and emotional appeal, saved overhaul transformation cost for the school at the same time. Energy saving and environmental protection, taking into account the performance of student associations, knowledge contest and a class of activities but also to meet the standards of the school-level meetings held, and in the continuation of the internal function space and improvement of the college students＇ activity center, made the beneficial discussion.
