摘  要:给予BALB/c小鼠不同剂量苯21 d,用全自动生化仪检测血液不同成分水平的变化,用酶联免疫吸附法(ELISA)检测苯对血液中环磷酸腺苷(c AMP)、环磷酸鸟苷(c GMP)、热休克蛋白—70(HSP—70)的水平。结果表明,给予BALB/c小鼠苯0.12、0.3、1.2g·kg^(–1)体重21 d,与对照组比:动物血球蛋白水平降低了22.51%、37.99%、56.69%,白蛋白水平降低了13.41%、26.81%、33.29%,钙离子水平降低了4.48%、14.46%、22.07%,磷离子水平降低了24.28%、63.64、86.26%,白细胞水平降低了39.90%、52.04%、61.80%,血小板水平降低了23.80%、27.36%、32.15%,钾离子水平升高了12.88%、34.52%、57.32%,镁离子(0.3、1.2g·kg^(–1)体重组)升高了29.52%、91.20%,c AMP水平降低了8.19%、41.11%、79.08%,c GMP水平升高了21.60%、27.43%、195.61%,HSP—70水平升高了24.16%、51.66%、59.16%。研究结果表明,苯污染使血浆蛋白减少,解毒功能、免疫功能和血浆胶体渗透压降低,c AMP和c GMP水平发生变化,引起新陈代谢紊乱,导致机体损伤或病变。The BALB/c mice were treated with different doses of the benzene for 21 days; the blood different composition levels were detected with automatic biochemical analyzer; the blood cyclic adenosine monophosphate(cAMP), cyclic guanosine monophosphate (cGMP) and heat shock protein--70 (HSP--70) levels were detected by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay method (ELISA). The results showed when BALB/c mice were administered with the benzene at the doses of 0.12, 0.3, 1.2 g.kg-l body weight, the globulin level in the blood was decreased by 22.51%, 37.99%, 56.69%, and albumin level was decreased by 13.41%,26.81%, 33.29%, calcium ion level was decreased by 4.48%, 14.46%, 22.07%, phosphate ion level was decreased by24.28%, 63.64%, 86.26%, white blood cells level was decreased by 39.90%, 52.04%, 61.80%, platelets level was decreased by 23.80%, 27.36%, 32.15%, compared with the control group, respectively. While the potassium ions level was increased by 12.88%, 34.52%, 57.32%, and magnesium ions level (0.3, 1.2 g-kg-1 body weight group)was increased by 12.88%, 91.20%, respectively, cAMP level was reduced by 8.19%, 41.11% and 8.19%, cGMP level was increased by21.60%, 27.43%, 195.61%, HSP--70 level was increased by 24.16%, 51.66%, 59.16%, comparison with the control group, respectively. Our results demonstrated that the benzene can cause plasma protein decreased, detoxification function, immune function, and plasma colloid osmotic pressure reduced, cAMP and cGMP levels changes, metabolic disorder and the body damage or lesions.
