摘 要:目的探讨年轻的糖耐量正常的2型糖尿病一级亲属肠促胰岛素分泌、胰岛β细胞功能的改变。方法正常对照组(NC)和糖耐量正常的2型糖尿病一级亲属组(FDRs)口服75克葡萄糖后0、30、60、120、180分钟抽血,分别测定血糖、胰岛素、C肽、抑胃多肽(GIP)和胰高血糖素样肽-1(GLP-1)浓度,计算各指标曲线下面积评估其分泌情况,用HOMA-IR、HOMA-β、ΔI30/ΔG30评估胰岛β细胞功能。结果(1)空腹血糖、胰岛素、C肽、GIP和GLP-1两组比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。(2)糖负荷后血糖、胰岛素、C肽、GIP、GLP-1曲线下面积两组比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。(3)HOMA-IR、HOMA-β、ΔI30/ΔG30两组比较均无统计学差异(P>0.05)。结论早期年轻的糖耐量正常2型糖尿病一级亲属肠促胰岛素分泌与胰岛β细胞功能可能尚未发生改变。Objective To investigate the changes of incretin secrete and islet function in young firstdegree relatives of type 2 diabetes with normal glucose tolerance. Methods The total subjects including 15 cases with normal glucose tolerance( NC) and 15 first-degree relatives of type-2 diabetes with normal glucose tolerance( FDRs) consumed the 75 g glucose orally. At 0,30,60,120 and 180 minutes following glucose,plasma concentrations of gastric inhibitory polypeptide( GIP), glucagon-like peptide-1( GLP-1) and serum concentrations of glucose,c-peptide and insulin were measured. The area under curve of evaluation index was calculated,and islet beta cell function was assessed by test HOMA-IR,HOMA-β,ΔI30 / ΔG30. Results We found no significant difference in concentrations of fasting glucose,insulin,c-peptide,GIP and GLP-1 between two groups( P〉0.05). No significant difference was observed between two groups in the areas under the curve of glucose,insulin,c-peptide,GIP and GLP-1 after 75 g oral glucose( P〉0. 05). No significant difference was observed in HOMA-IR,HOMA-β,ΔI30 / ΔG30 between two groups( P〉0. 05). Conclusions This study demonstrates that no changes of incretin and islet function in yong first-degree relatives of type 2 diabetes with normal glucose tolerance were observed.
