中西医综合康复护理对老年脑卒中患者生活质量的临床影响探究

摘　　要：目的研究中西医综合康复护理对老年脑卒中患者生活质量的临床影响。方法此次研究纳入的对象来源于本院收治老年脑卒中患者中随机抽取的83例,随机分为西医组41例和中西综合组42例。西医组采用常规康复护理方案,中西综合组采用中西医综合康复护理方案。比较两组干预前后脑卒中康复总有效率、生活质量的差异、BI指数、简易智能量表评分、神经功能缺损评分的差异。结果两组康复护理前,比较无差异P>0.05;干预后中西综合组较之西医组康复总有效率、生活质量的差异、BI指数、简易智能量表评分、神经功能缺损评分有显著提高P<0.05。结论中西医综合康复护理对老年脑卒中患者生活质量的效果确切,可有效提高康复效果,改善患者神经功能和认知情况,提高其日常生活活动能力,改善患者生活质量,值得推广。Objective To study the integrated Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation nursing clinical effects in life quality of elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy. Methods This study included in the object comes from our hospital in elderly patients with stroke in a random sample of 83 cases,41 cases were randomly divided into western medicine group and maintaining 42 cases of Chinese and western. Western medicine group with normal rehabilitation nursing plan,maintaining using integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine of Chinese and western rehabilitation nursing plan. Compared two groups before and after the intervention in stroke rehabilitation total effective rate,the differences between the quality of life,BI index,simple intelligent rating scale and neural function defect scale difference. Results Two groups of rehabilitation nursing,there was no difference P〈0. 05; integrative intervention group with western medicine group the total effective rate of rehabilitation,the differences of quality of life, BI index, MMSE score, neurological deficit score was significantly increased P〈0. 05. Conclusions Integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine rehabilitation nursing care on the quality of life in elderly patients with cerebral apoplexy effect is exact,which can effectively improve the effect of rehabilitation,the patient ＇ s neurological function and cognitive status,their daily living activities,and the life quality of patients,which is worth promoting.
