摘  要:本研究以花生壳为原料,经柠檬酸处理后制备成改性花生壳,探究其对废水中重金属Cu^(2+)的吸附规律。经纳米粒度仪测定得到花生壳比表面积是0.51 m2/g,平均径为5.64μm。通过SEM对样品形貌进行观察,发现样品的外表面粗糙,含有丰富的不同尺寸和形状的多孔结构,有利于铜离子的吸附。通过改性花生壳对含铜废水的一系列吸附试验,可得改性花生壳对铜的吸附量大,吸附等温线服从弗雷德里希吸附等温式,且单因素试验结果依次是:投加量为0.5 g时去除率为98%,反应时间1 h去除率为93%,pH>5去除率达到90%以上,铜离子初始浓度为10 mg/L去除率达到98%。根据单因素影响显著的三个因素,设计了正交试验,其结果如下:影响从小到大为铜离子初始浓度、pH、改性花生壳的投加量。其最佳水平组合为:pH值为6,改性花生壳的投加量为0.8 g,铜离子初始浓度为10 mg/L。This study explores the law of theCu^2+ adsorption heavy metals in wastewater with peanut shell as raw material after citric acid treatment preparation into modified peanut shell,Determination results of nano particle sizer peanut shells specific surface area is 0. 51 m2/ g and the average diameter is 5. 64 μm. Through the SEM of the sample appearance observation,it is found that the outer surface of the two kinds of sample is crude. They are rich in different size and shape of porous structure,which is conducive to the adsorption of copper ion. Through a series of modified peanut shell of copper wastewater adsorption experiments,it can be found modified peanut shell of copper adsorption quantity is large. The adsorption isotherm follows freundlich adsorption isotherm,and single factor test results are in turn: dosing quantity is 0. 5 g removal rate is 98%,when the response time of 1 h is 93%,the removal rate of p H 〉5 removal rate reaches more than 90%,initial concentration of copper ion removal rate reaches 98% for 10 mg / L. According to three factors single factor influencing significantly,the design of orthogonal test,the results are as follows: influence grew up as the initial concentration of cupric ions,p H,dosing quantity of modified peanut shell. The best combination is: p H value is 6,modified peanut shell dosing quantity is 0. 8 g,andinitial concentration of cupric ions to 10 mg / L.
