摘　　要：建筑策划是一套保证建设项目任务书科学合理的理论与方法,在我国当今建设强度高且建设项目复杂的情况下,建筑策划发挥了重要的指导设计之作用。建筑策划本身的评价,特别是对其最终成果——任务书的评价,除在如建筑性能评价等少数理论中有分散的涉及,尚没有形成一套完整的评价体系。本文提出使用当代评价体系的理论与方法对建设项目任务书进行评价的尝试,并试图通过借鉴运用大数据理论和技术,完善建筑策划理论与建筑设计实践的对接。Architectural programming is the theory as well as method to assure a project design briefing of rationality and scientificity. Its role of design instruction functions significantly in the high pace construction of China nowadays. The evalua- tion of architectural programming itself, especially the evaluation of its outcome-the design briefing-is of prospective value. Yet few sporadic studies and theories such as BPE involve related concept, leaving the lack of integral evaluation system. The author tries to propose an evaluation system of design briefing. The application of new theories and technologies of big data on design briefing evaluation aims to improve the connection between the theory of architectural programming and the practice of architecture design.
