摘　　要：通过对循环码16PSK数字电路面向通信调制电路设计过程的技术实现,从教学覆盖宽度、专业建设深度、技术培养高度出发,构建面向实践的信息通信技术专业人才培养体系,努力促进信息通信技术人才培养,让专业建设全面涵盖职业标准,提高专业建设服务产业发展的能力.This paper, taking the implementation of transforming the cyclic codes of 16 PSK digital circuit into telecommunication modulation circuit as an example, is intended to construct a practice-oriented talent cultivating system in telecommunication based on the width of teaching, the depth of specialty building and the height of technical training in an effort to promote the cultivation of the talents in this field, to ensure specialty building fully covering professional standards and to enhance the capability of specialty building serving production.
