摘　　要：国防素质是干好国防工作的根本,领导干部的国防素质不仅决定着国防建设水平的高低,而且对全民国防素质提升具有重要的引领作用。目前部分领导干部还存在着党管武装意识不强、国防理论水平不高、国防工作能力不足等问题,制约了国防建设的创新发展。新形势下,提升领导干部国防素质,可借鉴世界主要国家经验做法,在创新院校培训方式、加强经常性学习教育、拓宽实践锻炼平台、加强监督考核等方面下功夫。The qualities in national defense are the basis for doing well the work of national defense. The leading cadres＇ qualities in national defense not only determines the level of national defense building,but also pilots the improvement of all the people＇s qualities in national defense. At present,some leading cadres still have problems such as weak consciousness in the Party＇s control of armed forces,low level of theoretical attainment in national defense,inadequate working ability in national defense,and so on. These problems restrain the innovative development of national defense building. To improve leading cadres＇ qualities in national defense under the new situation,we should learn from the experiences of the main countries in the world,and make efforts in innovating the training methods in military colleges,strengthening periodical learning and education,expanding the practice and exercise platform,and strengthening supervision and evaluation.
