摘 要:针对传统的畜力集材和拖拉机集材的缺陷以及木材生产系统中现场集材工序存在的问题,首先对林业生产现场集材工序进行了分析,设计并提出了全新的滑道集材这一科学合理的生态技术,然后对集材运输方案建立了相应的数学模型,利用聚类智能算法对吉林森工某林场的原始林木进行智能聚类,最后采用模糊TOPSIS方法对畜力集材、拖拉机集材和滑道集材运输方案进行了比较,研究发现在有一定坡度的远距离集材的情况下,滑道集材运输方案在作业成本、作业效率、作业安全、作业可靠性、地表破坏程度和植被破坏程度等方面较其他畜力集材和拖拉机集材具有明显优势。To overcome the defects of traditional animal skidding and tractor skidding as well as the problematic procedures in the field of timber production systems, a new scientific and reasonable ecological technology of chute skidding was firstly designed and pro-posed after analyzing the skidding procedure. A mathematical model was constructed corresponding to timber transport program. And then the intelligent clustering algorithm was used to conduct an intelligent clustering for the original forest stand of Jilin Province. The fuzzy TOPSIS method was used to compare animal skidding, tractors skidding and chute skidding transport programs. It was found that chute skidding transport program has more obvious advantages over the animal skidding and tractors skidding in the terms of operating costs and efficiency, operational safety and reliability, damages to land surface and vegetation, and other aspects under the certain circumstance of slope and long distance yarding.
