摘 要:目的:通过3种方法评价椎动脉型椎颈病模型.方法:将80只Wistar大鼠随机分为空白对照组、植骨压迫法造模组、力学平衡失调法造模组及混合造模法组各20只,通过检测造模前、造模后第2周、第4周颞叶软脑膜微循环血流量、血氧饱和度实验数据的比较,免疫组化检测椎动脉组织中NF-κB表达,评价3种CSA大鼠模型.结果:实验大鼠全部呈现颈椎缩短、偏斜甚至扭曲等椎动脉型颈椎病症状;混合造模法、植骨压迫造模法及力学平衡失调造模法与空白组比较,具有统计学意义(P<0.05);混合造模法分别与植骨压迫造模法及力学平衡失调法比较,具有显著统计学意义(P<0.01).各组大鼠血氧饱和度变化比较无统计学意义(P>0.05),血流量与血氧饱和度无直线相关性(P>0.05).混合造模法椎动脉组织中NF-κB表达最显著(P<0.01).结论:3种造模方法均可成功复制CSA模型,其中以混合造模法较为优异,值得推广.Aim:To evauate CSA model by three different methods. Methods 80 rats were randomly divided into blank control, bone graft compression module, mechanical balance disorders modeling group and mixed build module group with 30 rats in each, through before modeling, after modeling for second weeks, fourth weeks of temporal lobe cerebral pial microcirculation blood flow, the experimental data of oxygen saturation detection, NF-κB expression in vertebral artery tissue was detected by immunohisto- chemistry, the evaluation model of 3 kinds of CSA rats. Results : show all of the experimental rats presen-ted the symptoms of CSA, such as shortening, deflection and even twisting; Compared with the blank group, the mixed model, bone graft and compression molding method and mechanical equilibrium model, the difference was statistically significant ( P 〈 0. 05 ) . The mixed model method was significantly differ-ent from that of the bone graft compression molding method and mechanical equilibrium (P 〈0. 01) . All groups of rats blood oxygen saturation change is no statistical difference(P 〉0.05) ,no linear correlation between blood flow and blood oxygen saturation ( P 〉 0. 05 ) . NF-κB expression was most prominent in the vertebral artery of the mixed model. Conclusion : The 3 kinds of modeling methods can successfully reproduce the CSA animal model, which is more excellent and worthy of promotion.
