摘 要:针对特定技术革新所带来的生产前沿面的提升,运用扩展的生产函数来测算技术革新前后的边际生产率差异,在技术进步测算的方法上进行了创新。以花生新品种的应用为案例,分析了花生新品种的采用对技术进步以及要素产出弹性的影响,在此基础上进一步运用剔除环境因素的三阶段DEA模型比较花生新品种和老品种的技术效率差异。实证研究结果表明,花生新品种的应用提高了花生生产前沿面;这种技术进步不是中性技术进步,而是劳动节约型技术进步;花生新品种的应用提高了花生各投入要素的产出弹性,同时花生新品种的技术效率较老品种有显著的提高。Focusing on the advancement in the production frontier brought by particular technical renovation,this research establishes an extended production function to estimate the difference of marginal productivity before and after technical renovation,and makes methodological improvement. The application of new peanut varieties was used as example to analyze the effect of the adoption of new peanut varieties on technical improvement and factors' production elasticity,and uses three stage DEA model controlling environment factor to compare the difference of technical efficiency between new and old varieties. The empirical result shows that the application of new peanut variety improves the production frontier and that the technical improvement is not neutral but labor saving; the application of new varieties increases peanut output elasticity of input factors and technical efficiency of new peanut varieties is significantly improved than that of the older variety.
